Led to take a leap of faith and leave her full-time job as a designer for an established southern publisher, Kristen began Kristen Bailey Design in 2018. Her goal was simple—to use her gifts to serve other entrepreneurs. Her boutique creative agency quickly grew as word of mouth spread about her excellence, attention to detail, and success in offering businesses solutions with professional, refined branding and website design. In 2019, she was joined by Mattye Woodcock to offer every client one of the most important yet overlooked aspects of website design—copywriting. Together, they’ve helped dozens of business owners build compelling online homes to take their businesses to new levels.

Meet Kristen
Since graduating from Auburn in 2003, Kristen has spent nearly two decades working in graphic design. Her skills were built as she worked for lifestyle brands such as Southern Living, Coastal Living, and Cooking Light in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2018, she felt drawn to use her skills to help entrepreneurs create intentional brands and websites that bring their dreams to life, and she made Kristen Bailey Design her full-time job and passion.
She has since worked with clients in many industries to elevate their design and web presence in a way that makes a lasting impact for their business. Kristen’s eye for simplified design and practical web solutions set her apart as she consistently delivers results that are both practical and beautiful.
Kristen is married to Brian, and mom to Owen and Elle as well as a beautiful husky, Sage. Their family is very active in their neighborhood and community and love to travel as often as possible. Getting to be present with her family while pursuing work she loves is Kristen’s dream come true.

Meet Mattye
Mattye has been writing creatively and personally all her life, and professionally for more than 15 years.
Mattye led a Communications Team of a large multi-site organization for several years until she directed her focus to working hand-in-hand with entrepreneurial businesses to put the heartbeat of their brand into words. She creates copywriting that is compelling and sincere, always seeking to reach the end user in a way that matters.
Regardless of your industry, Mattye quickly understands what makes your brand tick, and creates copy that tells your story in your voice, for your audience, in order to grow your impact.
Mattye is married to Woody, and mom to Fox, Mae, and Hampton. As a family, they love exploring their home city of Birmingham and frequenting their favorite parks and restaurants. Mattye is also an illustrator and small business owner, finding great joy in pursuing her creative passions and connecting with new people through it all.
